Elisa Giono

Elisa has over 10 years of experience spearheading operations related to logistics, e-commerce, distribution, and warehouse management, focused on decreasing costs and attaining corporate goals.

Elisa worked as the VP of Operations a Manduka, where she proved herself as a multi-faceted and outcome-driven professional with track record of reducing costs, streamlining operations, and maximizing overall productivity by mitigating operational risks, implementing process enhancements, and leveraging best methods/technologies.

Prior to Manduka, Elisa worked as the Director of Operations at Swell, where she gained extensive experience mentoring and leading teams for executing critical tasks and driving process improvements to optimize financial growth.  Elisa has also worked as the warehouse manager at Surfstich, the Operations and Logistics manager at Hurley, and the Operations and Logistics manager at Burton Snowboards.  Elisa has exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, evidenced by her ability to excel at establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with employees, management, vendors, internal stakeholders, and executives. She is fluent in French and English, and in her free-time enjoys cycling with her family in the French countryside.

Mary Wiegand

Mary Wiegand brings a strong foundation of merchandising planning after a career working for major retailers, startups and running her own business. After starting off planning sweaters and swimsuits for Target, Mary built her skills through multiple merchandising roles within Target, Tiffany & Co., and Victoria’s Secret. She then jumped into the startup world by joining the direct selling jewelry company Chloe + Isabel and building the merchandising tools and processes from the ground up.

In addition to her work with Omega, Mary runs Boon, LLC: a hands-on merchandise planning and inventory management service providing a flexible, personalized experience for every client. For all of her clients, she utilizes her core background while adapting to the particular needs. Her goal is to make each client feel like they are the only client. When Mary isn’t working, she is focused on raising her four little ones or cheering on the Minnesota Twins.

Kirsten Hochberg

Kirsten is the Founder and Managing Partner at Omega Partner Solutions.  She serves on the advisory board at Pure Plus, Hi!, and WE Global Studios. She advises and consults with companies, with specialties in operations, negotiations, and supply chain management.

Kirsten worked as a Principal in the Valor Operations Group. Her responsibilities included interim executive management, supply chain improvements, lean implementations, project management, business process improvement and supporting portfolio companies in a variety of growth initiatives across industries as diverse as consumer goods, restaurants, and cyber security. Prior to joining Valor, Kirsten was the CEO of Northern Quinoa Production Corporation (NQPC). Before joining NQPC she served as the VP of Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives, leading the merger integration between Safeway and Albertsons’ supply chains.

Kirsten earned her BS in International Relations from Stanford University and her Master’s of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT-Zaragoza. Kirsten has lived in four countries, speaks five languages and was a two-time national karate champion. In her free-time she enjoys adventurous travel and gardening.
